Semi-Private Reservations
For smaller gatherings, Soan offers semi-private lounge areas or booth sections for up to 25 guests.
Reservations require a €50 minimum spend per person, combining food and beverages.
No overall minimum spend applies.

Space Rental for Photo & Film Shoots
The Soan space is available for photo shoots, video productions, or film recordings.
Before 3:00 PM (off service hours): €500 per hour
After 3:00 PM: Standard full buy-out rate for that day applies
Rental includes access to the full venue, lighting, and staff assistance if required.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation
A signed event agreement and a 50% deposit are required to secure the reservation.
Final Guest Count & Payment
Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
Remaining balance is due on the day of the event or within 7 days of the invoice date.
Cancellations
More than 30 days before event: Full refund of deposit
15–30 days before: 50% of deposit retained
Less than 15 days before: Deposit non-refundable
Less than 7 days or no-show: Full estimated event total charged
VAT: All prices are exclusive of 21% VAT.
